Application & Review

Online Interview
Selected candidates are invited to an online interview to discuss their background, professional experience, career ambitions, and expectations. This conversation also gives you the opportunity to learn more about the role and our company.
On-Site Interview
Candidates progressing to the next stage are invited to meet with our team in person. This interview allows for more in-depth discussions about the position, collaboration style, and mutual expectations, while giving you a better insight into our working environment.
Assessment
During the assessment phase, we evaluate each candidate’s skills, experience and fit with the role. This helps us identify the candidate who best matches the requirements of the position and our team.
Final Decision & Offer
After completing the interview process, we carefully evaluate all candidates and contact successful applicants with an offer and start the Onboarding process.
